The warranty applies to manufacture defects/damages, sewing, stitching, hardware, zippers, buckles, and magnets. To claim your new purse, wallet, or t-shirt you will need to ship and pay for the return of the damaged item (cost $20.99) to our warehouse. Once the damaged product will arrive to our warehouse, a new item will be shipped out to you.
